Scottish American  Billionaire Andrew Carnegie challenged, inspired and encouraged Napoleon Hill to write Think and Grow Rich. The book was a result of Hill’s more than twenty years of interviewing, observing and analyzing the best practices of self-made millionaires.

Hill came up with Thirteen Steps to Riches.  Personally,  I believe that this is more of a guide book to riches. It has clear step by step procedures on how one can  set goals and reach them. It also has questionnaires and exercises that can help anyone analyze their thinking processes in attaining their dreams – in this case, attaining wealth and success.

I like the way Hill offered the Six Practical Steps on how one’s Desire for riches can be transformed into its same financial counterpart. These are the following:

1. Stating in your mind the exact amount of money you desire.

2. Determining the exactly what you want to give back in return of the money you desire.

3. Establishing a definite time frame in acquiring the money you desire.

4. Creating an exact plan of action on how you can achieve your desire. Ready or not you must Act immediately.

5. Writing a clear and precise statement of the first four steps mentioned.

6. Reading your statement aloud, twice daily. Once after waking up in the morning and the other one, before sleeping. Make sure you are Seeing, Feeling and Believing in Yourself that you already possess the money, wealth or success you desire.

It's All In The Mind

I definitely agree with Napoleon Hill’s famous statement, ” Everything your mind can conceive, you can achieve”. The book offers hope to everyone. One must keep an open mind and must be willing to change one’s mental processes. My way of paying it forward, is by sharing this free book or free ebook download of Think and Grow Rich.
